BS Social Care are looking for candidates that are qualified, experienced and interested in new roles within children and young people's residential homes.

We are looking for candidates that hold a Level 4 or Level 5 Children and Young People's Workforce QCF, Caring for Children & Young People, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or similar.

We are looking to fill Deputy Manager and Registered Manager positions with candidates that have relevant experience within similar roles across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire. We are looking for candidates that hold senior experience within children's homes, with experience of working with children and young people with Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD)/ Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), challenging behaviour, complex needs and Mental Health needs.
