My name is Matt, care consultant with BS Social Care who work with a wide variety of clients in Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire and I`m recruiting Temporary Support Workers with experience supporting children and young people.

Many opportunities from flexible occasional shifts to full time ongoing contracts and permanent career roles.

I need resilient, experienced, passionate and emphatic hard working individuals. Support workers who understand the needs of young people receiving social care and know the how rewarding yet challenging this work can be.

NVQ 2 or similar qualification is desirable. De-escalation, control & restraint training like Team Teach or Pro -Act SKIP is also beneficial.

Do you have at least 12 months health and social care experience with the past 2 years?

Can you provide 2 satisfactory references covering a period of the past 5 years?

Do you have ID to prove eligibility to work in the UK? (Passport, Biometric residency card, Drivers Licence, proof of address)

Are you a driver with access to a car?

Do you have an enhanced DBS certificate clear to work with under 18 year olds that is on the update service? Or are you prepared to pay for one?


Salary ranges from £9.50 - £11 p/h dependent on the client and role. Accrued holiday entitlement and enrolment onto company pension.
