We are recruiting for 3 children's Residential Support Workers to work in a small - medium sized children's home based in East London.

The service accommodate 7 young people.

We are looking for people with experience of working with children and young people
People with fun and creative nature
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience of working with challenging behaviour
Experience of working with trauma or domestic abuse within young people's settings.

** You will need an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People to work in this role.
** You will also need to have a minimum of 6-12 months' experience working in a children home or similar setting.

** You will be paid a minimum of £10.20 for this role

** Flexible shift work both part/full time
** Annual refresher training
