STOP AND READ!!!  Are you a Children's RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER???

I'm currently recruiting for a National Charity based in North London who specialises in Therapeutic Practices for Children And Young Adults in Residential Settings!!!

You will be working in North London within a emergency/short stay service providing children and young adults centred approach. The role involves shift work 5 days across any 7 days in a week. The service requires 24/7 staffing. You will also be teaching and empowering end users basic living skills to ensure they are kept on track to achieve their goals and objectives whilst being at the setting.

We are looking for experienced, dedicated, tolerant, individuals who are looking to make a change in young people's lives by handling complex cases.

FOR THIS ROLE:

You will require a minimum in the same or similar setting.
A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Children And Young People.

Salary And Benefits as follows:
£10.23 Starting Salary dependent on experience.
