We have some fantastic temp to perm opportunities for Children`s Residential Support Workers to work with children aged 4-13 years who have suffered neglect, physical and sexual abuse in a residential home in Edenfield, Greater Manchester.

With this service you will be a live-in parent to this house of 10 young people; this involves the day to day support of the children`s routines, taking them to school, helping them with homework and providing emotional support and guidance.

Our client is looking for individuals with great personalities, who will make meaningful relationships with the children and who have a genuine desire to make a real positive difference in these young people`s lives.

This rewarding role is 173 hours per month, working both day and night shifts on a rota. As a Therapeutic Parent you will be paid £9.00 an hour with £8.21 per hour for sleep ins, as a Senior with an NVQ level 2 or above you will be paid £8.80 an hour with £60 for sleep ins.

In return for all of your hard work you will be offered statutory annual leave, sick pay, a 3 month induction period, career progression with full training up to QCF level 4 and 5 and level 4 Restorative parenting plus much more.

All we require is that you have past experience in the Social Care sector or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
