Job Title: Children's Support Worker
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent (24-hour shifts), 10 shifts per month

Role:
- Children's Support Worker at a Residential Home in Plymouth
- Provide a caring, supportive, and friendly environment for children
- Challenge unacceptable behaviour, reward good behaviour & be a role model
- No personal care required

Shift pattern:
- 3 week alternating Rota
- Occasional weekend work
- 10 shifts a month
- Shifts are 24 hours (with sleep ins)


About You:
- Must be comfortable with challenging behaviour
- Must have a passion for child-care & seeking to develop career

Desirable but NOT essential:
- Experience as a support worker (ideal)
- Residential care experience (ideal)
- Previous qualifications in Support Work NOT required
