Are you seeking a new and exciting career for 2020?


BS Social Care are recruiting for temporary Children's Residential Support Workers, Family Support Workers & Outreach workers in the Leeds area, for several of our well-established clients.

No two days will ever be the same, the roles we offer are varied and challenging so you must have the passion and knowledge for supporting vulnerable Children, Young People and Families, helping to shape their future.

Your role will include monitoring progression, taking the children out into the community, managing challenging behaviour and elements of report writing dependant on the client and case. There may be elements of Challenging Behaviour, so as a minimum we do require 6 months paid experience working in residential care with prior knowledge of CSE being essential. It is also advantageous you have an NVQ Level 3 in a related subject and a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.


You will require a full enhanced DBS to be considered for this role, however don't worry if you do not already have one as we can process DBS checks at registration for a small fee of £46.


The pay rate will be a generous £9.00 - £11.00 per hour, dependant on the client with holiday pay to accrue.

Shifts are on an ad-hoc temporary basis, we do require flexibility and commitment to booked shifts. As a standard, we do require a minimum of 2 days availability per week to meet the needs of clients and more flexibility means more opportunities to find you work!
