This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Children's Registered Manager to over see the opening and day to day operations of a five bedded Family Residential Centre based in Lancashire.

You will be responsible for the exciting opening of this brand-new home. Your day to day duties will include leading and inspiring your staff team to provide the highest quality service, working with a number of professionals to provide accurate assessments and referrals of the families using the service. You will liaise and attend meetings with local authorities, courts and a range of professionals. You will complete audits, provide analytical reports, manage budgets whilst working in line with Ofsted regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a natural, sensitive approach to situations and complex behaviours. You will have a passion for providing a nurturing and caring environment for families and children. You must have a minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families in a residential setting (within the last five years) and at least one year of working at supervisory level. You will have an excellent working knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable individuals and hold the Level 5 Leadership and Management and hold a full UK driving licence.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive an excellent salary of between £35,000-£40,000, flexible working hours, career progression and development.
