Job Description

** Childrens Deputy Homes Manager **

** Corby, Northamptonshire **

** Permanent and full time **

** £22,500 - £23,000 **

** 3 bedded EBD home **

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a permanent and full time Childrens Deputy Manager for the Corby area of Northamptonshire to work within a 3 bedded emotional and behavioural difficulties home. This role will pay £22,500 - £23,500.

About the job; To ensure that the team provides the highest quality care and therapeutic support to the young people at the home. To work to the principles and policies of the care company. To respond to the requirements and expectations of Registering and Placing Authorities. To take charge of the management of the home and/or undertake other appropriate management duties, as delegated by, or in the absence of, the Registered Manager.

About the candidate;
- At least one year's experience or equivalent of work with young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Experience at supervising employees
- QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care or NVQ 3 in Caring for Children and Young People
- Prepared to undertake QCF level 5 post probation

This is a permanent and full time role paying a starting salary of £22,500 - £23,500 alongside a number of benefits.
