Do you have experience of being a senior in a children's residential home and are looking for that next step up in your career?

Are you a children's deputy manager looking for a change in environment or looking to join a company with clear registered manager progression?

Then look no further this is the role for you !!

My client is currently looking for a senior or deputy manager with at least 12 months experience of working within a children's residential environment to join one of there 8 properties based in the Bolton area. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a company with clear progression and development. There is a registered manager progression backing for all deputy manager which the company run and will also put you through your level 5 NVQ and all necessary training modules to become a successful registered manager.

Your main duties for this role but are not bound to are;

> Develop your skills to become a registered manager
>Leadership and management of all staff including key workers
>Management of the house and maintenance
>Contribute to the initial assessment of young people
>Continued monitor and safeguarding of all children
>Promoting Physical, Social and emotional development of all children
>Step up to registered manager when the home manager is not available or off
