BS Social Care presents a fantastic new job opportunity for a Deputy Manager!

The organisation has multiple home across the North West and offers a lot of room for career progression. The home you would be working in is a 5 bedded Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and mild Learning Disabilities home for children aged 8-18 and is currently at full occupancy!

In the role you will be assisting the Registered Manager with all aspects of the role from admin to managing the staff you will be involved in all aspects of the home. The most important part of your role is to make sure that the quality of care for the children is high but the most important part of the role is to give a child focused service. You will do this by supporting the development of the children within the home and attending meetings with the social workers.

The successful candidate will have at least been a Team Leader. You will have some management or leadership experience and have a minimum of a Level 3 in Childrens residential as well as a driving license.

You will also have a child focused approach and be able to motivate a team in the absence of the Registered Manager.
