BS Social Care are have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Children`s Support Worker based in Widnes.

This organisation are a leading provider of innovative care and education services to children and young people who have complex needs, emotional, behavioural social, learning or physical needs.

In a normal day you will be required to support the Manager of the service, fill in for the Manager when they are annual leave, support the staff team, complete general support as well as update care plans, complete risk assessment and carry out supervisions. You will be working on a 2-1 basis with a young person who has EBD. There is an on call system with this role and you will be required to be on call around 4 times per month.

We want someone who is willing to get stuck in and who has a real passion for caring. You will have to be organised, a good listener and have an attention to detail.

The ideal candidate must have a Level 3 in Children and Young People and have experience in a similar setting.

The salary ranges between 20,945 - 23,327 based on experience. and you will do 10 sleeps a month at £7.83 per hour which will really bump up your wages!
