RESIDENTIAL CHILDRENS HOME Registered MANAGER
Gloucester
£40,500 + bonus and career progression opportunities
Full Time - Starting ASAP


Would you like to join expanding business and head a GOOD Children`s Home?

I am looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Registered Manager to join an upbeat team and take lead for the running of one of the children`s homes in Gloucester.

You will be a key part in delivering quality care and love to once in care. ALSO a part of a great expansion journey!My client is in a process of opening 5 new services. You will also be adept at establishing new and outward facing relationships driving the business and growth ambitions forward. You will be outcomes focused, flexible and have an unswerving passion for providing the very best for the young people in our care.

The successful applicant will need to be registered with Ofsted as well as having a breadth of experience in the care sector and in managing teams. A Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualifications or equivalent are essential. Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required. The ideal candidate will already have a proven track record of running residential services; however, for the right candidate this may the first opportunity to develop your career in this direction.

This Registered Manager position is based in Gloucester and you will be offered a competitive salary of up to £40,500/year dependent on experience. Also offer an excellent bonus and benefits package. My client also take pride in the training and career opportunities they offer.

What Is Required:
Must be over the age of 21 and hold a full UK driving licence
A minimum of 2 years experience (within the past 5 years) in a position relevant to the residential care of children
At least one year in a role supervising and managing staff in a care role
The following qualification; LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
A "Good" or "Outstanding" grade within your recent Ofsted Inspections
