Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and determined Children and Young People's Registered Manager to develop a brand-new Residential service for Children and young people in the East Lancashire area.

Working for an incredible organisation who give young people the opportunity to encounter normal, ordinary experiences in order to provide them with the building blocks to reach development milestones needed for everyday life.

This opportunity will see you develop, lead and inspire your own team of staff. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home.

We are looking for someone who knows how to make a house, a home and who can be dynamic and assertive.

The successful candidate will hold previous management experience within children's residential homes, hold a Level 5 in leadership and management, previous Ofsted inspection experience and hold a full UK driving licence

In return for your fantastic commitment and dedicated work you will receive up to £40,000 with a review after completion of probation, bonus opportunities, designated medical professionals within the home and competitive industry training.
