My client is looking for an ofsted registered childrens home manager in the Essex area.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

Ofsted Registered Home Manager - Essex, Braintree, 3 Bed, Complex Needs

This home is a small group residential children's home and can accommodate up to three young people of same or mixed gender with an age range between 10-18 years old. Given the wide age range of young people to be looked after within the service and the complexity of their needs, we would always take into account the 'mix' of young people in each establishment to ensure that their ages were compatible and there are no compromise in respect of individuals needs being met.


WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

*Ofsted Registered Manager
*Minimum of 2 years experience working with or within a childrens home within the last 5 years (inclusive of 1 year experience in a senior role)
*Must have Level 4 (essential) and be 70% through your Level 5 NVQ in Caring for Children and Young People
*A full clean driving licence


FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING:

*Continuous training throughout employment and 2 week in-house training upon start for your development

*37K-40K SALARY dependant on experience
