Are you an expert in the children and young people sector? Do you know Ofsted like the back of your hand? We are looking for an experienced Regional or Operations Manager who is looking for a new job opportunity paying Up to £60,000DOE plus £5k car allowance based across the East Anglia & South East.

This is for an established organisation within the children's sector that are looking for someone that can help us develop and maintain Ofsted registered children's homes for the young people across East Anglia and the South East of England, using their years worth of management experience and knowledge. You will need to have extensive Management experience within the children`s sector and working with children and young people with EBD, social, emotional and mental health and learning difficulties and hold relevant qualifications. You will great at leading a team and provide multi-site management to continually improve services, delivering the best person centred care. You must be a driver with access to a car.
