A client of mine is looking to recruit for a REGISTERED CHILDRENS HOME MANAGER in the North London Area.

The service is a 4 bedded unit for Children and Young People with Emotional behaviour difficulties. The service is already full to capacity with no voids.

We are looking for someone with the following:
**A registered Children's OFSTED Manager
**Minimum 2 years experience managing a children's service
**Track record of consistency at the work place
**Passion to work with young people and improve their lives.

For this role:

*You will be paid a salary of 37-40K depending on experience
*Minimum of 28 days annual leave
*Bonus scheme of 10% for Outstanding OFSTED inspection or 6% for Good OFSTED Inspection
*You will also receive continuous development with regards to training to suit the needs of the service.
