** Long Buckby, Northamptonshire **
** Permanent and full time **
** £36,384 - £41,545 DOE**
** Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm **

BS Social Care are looking for a Children's Home Manager that holds a professional social work qualification/degree or QCF Level 5 in Children's Residential or working towards. Who holds managerial experience within a similar environment alongside 2 year`s residential care experience and a full driving licence. We are looking for candidates that have a passion for giving great care and able to take each day as it comes and ensuring the service users are at the heart of the home. This is for a is a well-known and large organisation working with looked after children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This service is a 5 bedded home for males and females providing a safe and nurturing environment.

This is a full time and permanent Children Homes Manager role working Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm and offers £36,384 - £41,545 alongside a number of benefits such as being eligible for the Home Managers bonus scheme which offers an earning potential of up to £12,000 per annum.
