An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Children`s Registered Manager to oversee a beautiful 3 bedded residential service for children within the Coalville area.
This is a chance for a strong, energetic leader to shape the future direction of this fantastic home. As the Registered Manager you will lead and direct your team to ensure the highest quality care is provided.
The role requires a knowledgeable & dynamic individual who can use their previous experience, understanding of children`s residential service, and organisational skills to ensure the home thrives. You will be required to demonstrate practical leadership skills, expert communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment whilst following all current legislation`s and policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within children`s residential care, including at least 2 years management experience and previous registration with Ofsted. You will have a proven record of managing a successful service and be working towards or hold a Level 5 in leadership and management.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a salary of £45,000 plus £7,500 Welcome Bonus, Quarterly Bonus, 33 days Annual Leave including Bank Holidays, Benefits package and opportunity for progression
