We are currently recruiting for Residential Childcare Workers who are available on a temporary basis who may be eventually seeking a permanent role.

The role:
Working for an established organisation who provide support to children and young people within various services, the role of Residential Support Worker will be to offer support and guidance to young people who may have suffered sexual trauma, and who may require therapeutic support, and with day to day living skills, encouraging and supporting them.

The young people may display some behaviours that may challenge and you will therefore ideally be trained in MAPPA and have experience of working within a similar environment, be positive and proactive in your day to day role.

Your passion and enthusiasm to make a difference will be key as will your commitment and dedication. You will be a car driver with full UK driving License and access to your own car.
