This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join a fantastic Residential home for Young People.

You will be working for a well-established organisation which provide specialist therapeutic environments and support to young people with Emotional Behaviour Difficulties.

As the Residential Support Worker, you will provide therapeutic support to the Young People, follow support plans, be proactive in encouraging the young people with activities, supporting them out in the community, making accurate daily notes and completing necessary reports, observing the trends of behaviour and promoting the independence of the young people.

The successful candidate will be passionate in providing the best person-centred care to the young people, a Level 3 in Children and Young People is essential, hold relevant experience of supporting Young People within a Residential setting and hold a full UK Driving Licence.

In return for your commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 inclusive of sleeps. You will also receive necessary training and opportunity for professional development.
