Are you a Children's Residential Support Worker or interested in working with children?

Are you based near L14 OR L13 then please read on!

Our client, a reputable care provider in the area are looking for Children's support workers to join their friendly team. Do you have the passion and drive to work with children and young people between the ages of 8 and 17? Our client supports children and young people who may need emotional and behavioural support.

Pay - £20,077 - £21,700 depending on experience and qualifications

Hours - Full time 37.5hrs per week

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion and interest in working with children and young people to help and support them into a better stage of their lives. Experience within a children's residential setting is desirable but not essential as all training will be provided. You will be acting as a parental figure around these children and young people, if this is something you are interested then please get in touch!

• Demonstrate an understanding of complex needs such as autism/LD/behaviour
• Able to work a variety of shift patterns
• Excellent communication skills
• Provide top quality care and support at every hurdle
