** Childrens Residential Support Worker **
** Alvescot, Oxfordshire **
** £25,311 - £28,477 **
** 40 hours per week **
** E; 7.30am - 2.30pm / L; 2.30pm - 10pm / LD; 7.30am - 10pm **
** To work within a brand new 7 bedded childrens emotional and behavioural residential home **

BS Social Care are currently working in partnership with a well establish care company who care for children and young people via their residential homes and onsite schools. The children within these services have experienced sometimes traumatic starts to life which therefore requires very complex care and therapy which you can be a part of. We are looking for resilience and hardworking candidates who have a `get up and go` attitude, who are passionate about the work they produce and want to be within this role for the right reasons. This role can be incredibly demanding and challenging, however, it is also a line of work that gives great job satisfaction and can really allow you to make changes within peoples lifes.

About the employer; this employer is one of the top leading providers of schools and children`s homes for children with special educational needs.

About the job; this role is to support the children and young people within the brand new residential home. This service cares for 8 years - 18 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties alongside mental health issues, Autism, ADHD and some learning difficulties.

About the ideal candidate; you will hold a Level 3 in Children and Young People with at least 1 years experience within a emotional and behavourial difficulities residential home.

This role requires lots of resilience, lots of motivation and lots of passion to do the job well.

This is a permanent and full time role paying £25,311 - £28,477 to work 40 hours per week alongside 7 weeks AL, company sick pay scheme that covers up to four weeks sickness after two years service. This is in addition to a company paid health scheme that allows you to claim back the cost of your routine dental and opticians appointments as well as the cost of some prescriptions. Pension scheme; we will match your contributions up to 5%. Life Insurance and career progression to become a Registered Manager earning a £50k+ salary package. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare qualification. The cost of providing this qualification alone is around £6K.
