** Childrens Residential Support Worker **
** Wellingborough and Finedon - Northamptonshire **
** Permanent and full time **
** £8ph - £9ph **
** 7.30am - 1.45pm / 1.30pm - 9.15pm **
** 2 bedded childrens home working with children with learning disability, autism and challenging behaviour **

About the employer; this employer consists of two 2 bedded homes working with children and young people with learning disabilitys, autism and challenging behaviour. They are a new company who has high hopes and dreams. They work very closely with their staff providing training, qualifications, support, progression and more empowering their works every day.

About the job; we are currently recruiting for 4 Childrens Residential Support Workers. This role will ideally be working across both homes, however, we are able to assign you to one home but we will require cover at times with the other home. They have a home in Wellingborough and Finedon. Some of the children are one to one and some are two to one. This role is to work closely with the children giving them the best possible care following their care plan needs.

About the ideal candidate; ideally you will have a NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People with experience of working with children and young people within a residential home with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour. However, we are also open to people with the qualification only or the experience only.

This is a permanent and full time role working day 37.5 hours consisting of 7.30am - 1.45pm or 1.30pm - 9.15pm or 7.30am - 9.15pm over 7 days including every other weekend. For this, we are offering £8ph - £9ph / 28 days annual leave, full and constant training, qualifications, progression, annual pay reviews, work pension, free parking, paid meals on shift and more.
