Do you enjoy working with Children? We have a great opportunity in Coalville for support workers to go on a temp to perm position.

This is a EBD home which can be very challenging and intense therefore we are looking for strong and dedicated individuals who have the passion to work in this field.

You will be supporting the children on a day to day basis, helping them with homework, taking them out on activities and controlling any challenging situations.

The client users present high severity needs with complex requirements so we do need someone who has a calm and patient nature. You will need to commit to roughly 40 hours a week as this will eventually go into a permanent role and it will include 6-9 sleep ins per month.

You will have at least one years experience in this field or six months along side a relevant qualification. You will have to commit to the hours given so it is ideally someone who is looking for a permanent fixed role. You will also need to be able to do SLEEP IN`S.
