Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate outreach support workers to support young people out in the community.

You will be working for a fantastic organisation, providing specialised support packages to Children and Young People with Behavioural and Special Educational Needs.

As the outreach support worker you will work with the young people to engage and encourage them into community activities. Everything is tailored to each young person, but duties may include medication, taking accurate daily notes, reporting to senior management, liaising with multi-agencies and managing behaviours which may challenge.

This role will suit a dedicated and positive individual invested in the young peoples journey with excellent communication skills.

Ideally you will hold a Level 2 in Health and social care however, to be considered for this role you must hold a full UK Driving License with access to your own car, minimum of 12 months experience working with and understanding of individuals with additional needs and disabilities.

This is a full-time position with an excellent salary of between £17,000 - £21,000 plus opportunities for training, qualifications and professional development with a successfully expanding company.
