Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are supporting a leading law firm who are looking for a litigation solicitor to join their office in the Midlands.

On offer: Salary up to £55,000 with hybrid remote working options available, plus outstanding benefits.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a strong track record of meeting billing and time recording targets.
• Be responsible for running their own caseload and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to the business development of the team
• Able to distribute and delegate work amongst the team.
• Experience of managing and settling contentious probate matters.
• Preparation of Part 7 and Part 8 Claims
• Supporting the team in hitting team targets.
• Supporting the development of other team members, including trainees and legal apprentices.
