Civil Litigation Solicitor (Aviation) German speaking - paying £40,000-£50,000

I am working with my client based in Central London to fill a Defendant Personal Injury Barrister vacancy. They are a creative team looking to expand and continue their work on a global scale.

To be considered you must have the following:
-3+ years PQE
-Due to the fact that you will be leasing with German clients, it is essential that you can converse both written and spoken in fluent German
-Must hold a full practising certificate in both Germany and UK
-Civil Litigation exposure
-Knowledge of Aviation Law is preferred

The Role:
-Handling your own caseloads and clients (German clients included)
-Liaise with clients and other professionals
-Appear at hearings to provide advocacy services as counsel
-Research and analyse documents
-Preparing briefs to counsel and handling correspondence
-Attend upon client offices to build professional relationships
-Drafting legal documents and correspondence
-Carrying out admin duties like billing, invoicing, compile litigation bundles
-Network with clients

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30
Salary: £40,000-£50,000
