Job Description

Do you have an exposure to record keeping, maintaining documentation or compliance? Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a leading training and apprenticeship team on an exciting new digital project?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Liverpool city centre, you will be joining a leading government authority in their exciting transition stage of a new digital project.

Initially joining on a fixed term contract of six months, benefits for this role include:

A competitive basic salary that ranges between £19,700-£21,386 (based on experience and is on a pro rata basis).
Suitable working hours across a Mon-Fri basis.
Local public transport links and car parking facilities.

Day to day duties in this role will include:
To provide high-quality administrative support for the Digital project, supporting the data collection and claims processes.
Liaising with team members and other departments to ensure documentation, record keeping and financial accounting is maintained.
Reporting into your team leader, collating information, data and intelligence.
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensuring there is a priority within compliance when handling any funding management.

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Experience in using a wide range of systems - specifically all Microsoft platforms (World, Outlook, Excel etc.).
Have strong organisational skills - comfortably able to manage, plan and prioritise your own workload.
Experience of working in an apprentice, training & development or within a claims role previously is desirable but NOT essential.
