My client is looking for a Claims Adviser to join their team.
Your duties will include:
* Providing great customer service to our customers, brokers and third-party providers across all our channels of communication
* Investigating and following up our customer queries
* Accurately recording claims information and progress on our system
* Effectively communicating decisions to customers, via telephone, email or webchat
* Handling broker and client queries
* Reporting and actioning same day resolution complaints
* Ensuring that case information is recorded accurately complying with GDPR regulations
* Assisting in project work or undertake projects for the claims team
* Providing customer support for the online claims system
* Completing any reasonable duties that may be required to support business needs
* Referring to a manager when any work falls outside their area of knowledge or expertise
