We are supporting one of our favourite clients - a busy and growing Lloyd's Brokers -with the recruitment of a Claims Broker/Analyst.

You will have the opportunity to delve into the detail of the claims, building analysis around it- coupled with the opportunity to mentor a more junior member of the team.

So not only will you be utilising your strong Claims Broking/Technical support skills but you will also have the rare opportunity to take on some managerial responsibilities too.


You will need to be a good Claims Technician with proven experience who is happy to work with numbers who also has good claims broking experience too.

However, they may consider a strong Claims Technician who would like to develop their Broking and Analytical skills

They are open to Classes of Business but if you have some Energy experience that would be great but by no means essential - but experience in the London/ Lloyd's market is required



Your main responsibilities include:

The settlement of claims, liaising between all parties and actively chasing information.
Gather and produce claims information for Clients, Producers, Brokers and Account Executives.
To keep the relevant Producer/Account Executive/BBU Technician informed as to the status of claims and general business issues.
Correspond with Clients/Underwriters and resolve any queries that arise.
Collate complete, accurate and meaningful information for Insurers.
Update electronic records and manual claims files.

They are offering a salary up to £47000 plus a range of great benefits, as well as hybrid working in their City of London office and at home
