Working at one of the company's largest offices in the Ellesmere Port area, you will have experience of being responsible to speaking with customers via telephone and holding the responsibility for the data inputting of client's claims from first stage all the way through their claim.

Working hours that include a range of shifts between 08:30am and 7:00pm Mon-Fri - it also required for candidates to be flexible to work on a Saturday.

Day to day duties for this role include:

Completing searches and checks for relevant claims.

Collating data for client's that would include: Personal details, details of their injury/accident etc.

Dealing with both internal and external parties in a professional manner.

Progressing the claim through each specific stage and ensuring there is a priorirty of the client's best interest at all times.

Taking calls and messages whilst chasing documentation and client's paperwork.

Taking full instructions from the client over the telephone and then populating the relevant screens.

To apply for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

Experience working towards targets and KPI's.

Looking to progress a career in a legal environment.

Confidence speaking to customers and clients over the phone.

It is also ideal for any applying candidate to have previous experience working in a law firm or insurance environment.
