Our marketing leading client is looking for claims consultants to join their growing company in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well establish business that will develop your skill set and offer you excellent career progression opportunities.

Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm

Salary: £22,000- £24,000/year

Based in Northampton

Duties:

Provide excellent customer service to clients, policy holders and colleagues.

Ensure all clients receive regular updates on claims and that expectations are met as well as exceeded.

Monitor and deliver our KPIs and articulate when not on track.

Ensure clients and customers expectations are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate:

My client is looking for someone with extensive experience in claims/ Insurance and for someone to hit the ground running!

Extensive Knowledge and understanding of insurance claims is essential or from an insurance background is essentail.

Someone who has experience in all different types of claims not just one type.

An eye for detail and accuracy (do consider this when submitting your application, your CV will play a key part in demonstrating this)

Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office in a fast paced environment.

Previous experience within customer services.

Should be able to Actively Listen to customers.

Exceptional rapport building skills.

Can work within a team as well as individually.
