Job Description
Job title: Claims Handler
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days each week
PayRate: £8.41 per hour (£17,500 Annual Salary)
Location: Droitwich
The role will need to cover various business hours, Monday to Sunday, on a rotating basis
Opening hours:-
Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 7.15pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am - 4pm
Claims Handler Responsibilities:
o Responsible for handling claims that are received by the Emergency Accommodation department.
o Assist with all new and existing instructions
o Ensure daily activities are completed in the set time frames as set down by Emergency Accommodation Supervisor
o Ensure any complaints are escalated to Head of Operations within SLA's
o Flexibility regarding Out of Hours phone to ensure covered
o Work to both individual KPIs and team targets
o Attend regular training sessions
