A large well branded organisation based in Watford are looking for a new Claims Advisor to join their team.
This is a busy and varied role as you will evaluate liabilities based on warranty products, you will negotiate with customers, insurance companies and solicitors as part of the claims process. You will also liaise with technical departments, retailers and engineers. You will interpret engineer reports and feed information back to consumers making sure a good customer experience is received.
You will be able to use Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook and maintain and update various spreadsheets. You will also be logging incidents reports and payments made, on a monthly basis, highlighting known issues and managing the processes that are in place.
