Job Description

Role: Claims Handler
Hours: shifts between 8am and 6pm Mon-Fri and every other Saturday 9-1
Salary: £19,000
Location: Tonbridge

Do you have previous experience working within insurance, preferably in a claims environment? Or have you previously worked in a call centre and have really strong customer service experience?

We have a really exciting opportunity for a new claims handler to join a client of ours based in central Tonbridge. You will be responsible for advising policy holders on general enquiries, looking into claims details, recording new claims, data protection, request and gather documents, manage a claims portfolio, fraud checks, negotiate the settlement of claims, assist with overflow calls and working towards targets.
