Do you have PASSION for excellent customer? Are you organised, pro-active and like to build rapport with clients while scheduling works within a busy Insurance Claims department.
We are currently seeking a full-time junior Claims Handler to work within my clients Complex claims department to ensure all claims are supported from instruction to completion. The role includes analysis of "schedule of works" and the ability to communicate with clients (insurers/loss adjusters), surveyors, building contractors and policy holders to co-ordinate the required works.
Tasks to include:
" Record, monitor and update all internal and external client`s systems on all claims in order to get to invoice stage
" Analyse schedule of works to identify what works are required
" Communicate with external contractors and policy holders to co-ordinate start of works
" Record, monitor and update all internal and external client systems on all claims from order to invoice stage
" Ensure ongoing works are progressing through communication with the Contract Manager and Policy Holder
What we need from you:
" Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
" Computer literate
" Ability to work with deadlines
" Excellent communication skills with the ability to cope with difficult situations
