Job Description

Are you an experienced Claims Handler?

My client is seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join their Motor Claims team, to provide outstanding support to their customers.

You will be responsible for dealing with your own portfolio of customers, first point of contact for customers, planning and controlling all key stages, liaising with multiple departments/ contractors at anyone time, reporting based on investigations, providing customers excellent service throughout their whole claims process, finding efficiently solutions, updating and maintaining all case information.

You will have Claims Handling experience, great attention to detail, the ability to prioritise your workload effectively, a passion for customer service, be highly IT literate, flexible, a strong communication skills and team player.

Role: Claims Handler
Location: Remote
Hours: Monday-Friday 35 hours a week between 8am-6pm
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 DOE
