Job Description

Location: Glasgow, UK
Salary: up to £25,000 DOE
Benefits: Full training, 22 days holiday + bank holidays per year, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, hybrid working available
Hours: Full time (35 hours a week) Mon - Fri between 8am-6pm

Are you an experienced Property Claims Handler?

Then this is an exciting opportunity for you!

My client is seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join their Property Claims team, to provide outstanding support to their customers.

They are looking for someone with great attention to detail, the ability to prioritise their workloads effectively, have a passion for customer service, with strong communication skills and be a team player.


You will be responsible for
" Dealing with your own portfolio of customers, first point of contact for customers,
" Planning and controlling all key stages, liaising with multiple departments/ contractors at any one time,
" Reporting based on investigations,
" Providing customers excellent service throughout their whole claims process
" Finding efficiently solutions, updating and maintaining all case information.

You will need to have experience in property claims to be considered for this role.
