If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's Prescot office, you will have full responsibility of contacting clients to discuss their claim and explain the client's process alongside having good negotiation skills.

Your day to day responsibilities for this role will include:
Making outbound calls when assessing the client needs following internet based leads.
Advising clients regarding the client's process and charges.
Meeting minimum standard KPI's alongside achieving weekly and monthly targets.
Taking inbound calls as and when required.
Communicating effectively at all levels to ensure there are excellent working relationships throughout the site and also developed and maintained.
Implementing and maintaining effective working practises within a team environment.
Responsible for regular personal development, undertaking all inhouse training as and when required.
Attending meetings with other members in order to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
