Job Description


Due to an expansive growth, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic motor claims handler to join our workforce in our Croydon office.

We are motor claims experts providing smart intelligent claims solutions. Our core business function is to provide professionally delivered practical claims handling techniques with measurable efficiencies, transparent processes and an empathetic understanding of our client`s needs.
YOU MUST HAVE MOTOR CLAIMS OR CREDIT HIRE EXPERIENCE
The Role:
We are looking to expand our experienced credit hire team to assist us with the volume of work and to maintain the professional standards provided to our suppliers and clients.

Job Specification the accountabilities for the role include:
" The provision of first class customer service
" Making decisions on the provision of credit services based on the likelihood of success
" Administering own portfolio of non-fault claims until settlement
" Compliance with all external & internal regulations and policies
" Maintain professional liaison with internal & external service providers
" Meeting deadlines in line with service level agreements and company policies

To maintain this role the ideal candidate will possess;
" Previous customer service experience and a commitment to the importance of good customer care.
" Previous experience within the motor claims industry, acquiring excellent understanding on the administration of motor claims.
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
" Ability to prioritize and organize their workload to in an efficient manner
" Be able to analyse, evaluate and make logical decisions with guidance.
" Knowledge of The Highway Code
" Knowledge of the Association of British insurers general terms of agreement relating to credit hire administration would be beneficial
