Have you got previous experience in Claims? Do you have brilliant people`s skills? And are you looking for that progression?

The Claims department are looking for a hardworking and proactive team player, that can adapt themselves in any situation.

Your duties will include;
- Providing a high level of customer service for all incoming calls from policy holders.
- Taking a methodical approach to each claim.
- Liaising with internal teams and third party suppliers.
- Multi-tasking jobs and completing in a timely manner.
- Performing basic checks and escalating situations where necessary.

You will need to be a motivated and driven individual that has fantastic attention to detail and has the ability to work to deadlines efficiently.

They require someone with;
- Experience in claims.
- Knowledge of escape of the water peril.


£19,000-£21,000
Between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
On site parking
