Role: Home Emergency Claims Handler
Salary: £17,000-£19,000
Location: Tonbridge but you will be working from home
WORKING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS (4pm-10pm and 8am-8pm on weekends)

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated and personable individual to work as a home emergency claims handler from home. Full training will be provided which will be in the office in Tonbridge for 2 weeks and then the role will be permanently working from home.

You will be responsible for taking calls, following scripts, validating claims, building rapport with policy holders and working to targets.
