Job Description

Urgent position to work within the Rentals division of this company, speaking with customers who have lost their home through flood or fire. Sourcing accommodation in either rental or hotel.


You need have excellent communication ability with customer service skills ideally gained within lettings / property but not essential.

Using Excel and in house packages you will be working within Head Office and be responsible for ensuring rental instructions placed are billed promptly using effective procedures. This includes billing customers for rebates and processing supplier invoices received for rental accommodation provided.

Ability to work within a fast paced environment with excellent communication and customer service skills.

£20000 plus 28 days holiday, pension + car parking
