I have got a very exciting position as a claims handler based in Leicestershire!

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm or 10am -6pm on a shift pattern

Salary: £20,000- £24,000/year

Based in Leicestershire

My client is looking to bring you on and train you on all the technical knowledge of claims and their specialities.

You will have a great customer mentality and an excellent, polite telephone manner! Being able to actively listen to customers and build exceptional rapport with them.

Obviously, you won't be on your own as you will have your own team to ask for support and bounce off.
The job itself is all about engaging with customers and making sure they have a good experience. The majority of calls with be inbound from customers who want to make a claims or speak to you about a claim that they have made. This does not limit you to any specific type of claim.

If you have experience in a call centre environment then that is exactly what I am looking for! This is not like any call centre where its too loud and the phone is nonstop. The atmosphere they have built is professional and allows you to hone your skills and knowledge.

The most important thing for you to have is the customer focus and care about your customers, experience in claims and insurance is definitely an added bonus!
This is a company where you can get comfortable and work your way up as they are expanding!
