Brook Street have a very exciting opportunity for a Claims Team Leader to join a fantastic internationally well-known company to be based in their office in Bristol City Centre.
As a Claims Team Leader you will be managing a team of agents providing them with support and guidance in their own roles. And to be considered for this role as Claims Team Leader you will need skills to support your team such as leadership, coaching, development, motivation and performance management.

The team you will be managing as Claims Team Leader will be dealing with customers who have made claims- such as having not received their goods or goods that have been damaged. This is an opportunity to work with like minded people who want to deliver excellent service.


This is a full-time permanent role (37.5 hours) There is a competitive salary and many benefits including a bonus, where you can earn up to 10% performance related monthly incentive.
