You will need to be Dip CII/Cert CILA qualified or willing to work towards this qualification. Also, you will need to be able to work alongside the other technicians within the team and communicate effectively with clients. If you have worked towards targets, this would be desirable.

Requirements are:
- Experience as a Claims Technician/Advisor
- Dip CII/Cert CILA qualified or willing to work towards this qualification
- Ability to converse effectively and concisely
- You must be able to work to deadlines.

If successful you could expect for this claims technician role the salary to be between £20,000 and £26,000 along with a range of benefits.
