Role: Claims Technician
My Client is looking for an experienced Customer Service advisor that is looking for a progressive role in specialist insurance firm.
You need to be able to work under your own initiative, in a fast paced office environment.
You will ideally have a claims background gained from working in insurance but a solid customer service background with a track record of committing to an employer would be ideal too as you will be managing a portfolio of up to 120 individual cases at one time and managing the claims from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills and a good general educational background is required in exchange for some excellent benefits and a competitive salary, depending on experience.
