Working within an established team of Claims Technicians you will be supporting the Claims/Loss Adjusters with the progression and settlement of UK Commercial Property losses upto £100,000

You will assist with new instructions and help with the decision making in regards to settlement, policy cover and repudiation

You will provide admin support to the Adjusters on a daily basis

As well as having a good level of claims experience you will be the type of person who can put yourself in the customers shoes and see the whole picture and deal with each claim on its individual merit

You will need a track record of providing an outstanding level of service to clients and superb communication skills to gain a full understanding of a claim

They have a very busy workload - so you will be able to work efficiently and to strict deadlines utilising strong prioritisation skills

Ideally you will be Cert CII/Cert CILA or working towards it
