Job Description

I am looking for a permanent Class 1 Driver to join a well established company based in Leeds. We will also consider drivers who are looking to get their Class 1 however you must have a clean Cat B licence to be considered.

Company will also welcome newly passed drivers - the way they see it if you have passed, you need to get your experience from somewhere!

Shift is on days - 6am starts, Monday to Friday, with the optional Saturday.
This role comes with mandatory overtime of on average 2 hours per day paid at time

This is a specialist driving position, and you will be trained to the highest level to safely operate both a bulk powder tanker and a silo placement lifting equipment vehicle. You will be operating state of the art equipment on a modern FORS Gold accredited delivery fleet, delivering to all the UK's major housebuilders and blue-chip construction companies.

The Relief Batcher role will entail covering holiday and absence for the Assistant Plant Supervisors. You will be trained in the operation of the M-Tec mixing plant and the Ventilex sand drying systems and will be responsible for the day to day running of the factory control room.
